Depuis de nombreuses années, Esperanzah! met tout en place pour offrir un moment inoubliable à ses visiteurs. Non seulement musicalement mais aussi en matière de santé et de sécurité.
Pour les solutions concrètes que nous mettons en place pour diminuer les risques liés à la fête, nous avons été labellisés Quality Nights et BackSafe. Ceci dit, pas question d’empêcher qui que ce soit de faire la fête, bien au contraire ! En fournissant des services préventifs, il s’agit avant tout de rendre chaque fêtard acteur de sa propre santé et de celle de ses amis.
Des bouchons d’oreille: disponibles gratuitement au point info du festival et dans les stands de prévention santé.
Des casques de protection auditive pour enfants: à prêter au point info du festival en échange de votre carte d’identité comme caution.
Des préservatifs: disponibles gratuitement dans les stands de prévention santé.
De l’eau potable gratuite: des fontaines à eau proches de tous les bars du festival (trouvez les parapluies !) et près des points douches et wc sur les deux campings du festival.
Des boissons non alcoolisées fair-trade ou locale: en vente dans tous les bars du festival.
Pour un retour à domicile en sécurité et sans risque d’accident: organisation de deux campings, informations sur d’autres hébergements locaux (infos hébergements), promotion du covoiturage (ComOn) et du vélo, et éthylotests et éthyloréglettes disponibles dans les stands de prévention santé.
Alimentation saine, variée, et respectueuse de l’homme et de l’environnement: rendez-vous dans les deux zones du Comptoir des Saveurs !
Information neutre et objective sur les risques festifs et les moyens de les réduire: rendez-vous dans les stands de prévention santé du SASER, Sex&Co, et Modus Vivendi situé côté Futuro, entre le bar et Radio Bistrot, et près de la scène Alpha.
Des espaces chill out: un peu partout sur le site du festival : Jardins suspendus, Village des Saltimbanques, etc.
Besoin d’un lieu calme ou se reposer et être accompagné ? Rendez-vous dans la relax zone du camping festif avec son personnel tenu au secret professionnel.
Des postes médicaux: un par site (festival-camping festif-camping famille). En cas de problème, adressez-vous aux bénévoles pour que l’on vous emmène au poste médical le plus proche ou qu’une équipe de secours vienne vous aider !

Esperanzah! makes every effort to ensure that its visitors have an unforgettable time.
And that’s not just in artistic terms; it also means looking after your health and safety.
To this effect we have taken on the “Quality Nights” label which involves ensuring the visibility and awareness of a series of solutions aimed at reducing the risks involved in attending a festival. Of course this does not mean that we want to stop anyone from enjoying themselves. By providing preventive services we want to help festival-goer to take responsibility for their own health as well as that of their friends.
Ear-plugs are available free of charge at the festival information point and health prevention stands.
Ear protectors for children are available from the festival information point, you will be asked to leave your identity card with us as a deposit.
Condoms are available for free from the health prevention stands.
Free drinking water is available from water fountains located near to all of the festival bars (look out for the umbrellas!) and next to shower and toilet blocks of both festival camp-sites.
Fair-trade or locally produced alcohol-free beverages are on sale at all of the festival bars.
For a safe journey home free from the risk of accident: two camp-sites, information on other local accommodation possibilities (accommodation info), car-sharing (ComOn) / cycling initiatives and alcohol self-tests available from the health prevention stands.
For healthy and varied food that respects both you and the environment, go to one of the two Comptoir des Saveurs zones!
For unbiased and objective advice on the risks present at the festival and how to reduce them, go to the SASER, Sex&Co, and Modus Vivendi health prevention stands located near to the Futuro, between the bar and Radio Bistrot, and just next to the Alpha stage.
There are chill-out spaces dotted around the festival site: Jardins suspendus, Village des Saltimbanques, etc.
Looking for a calm place to rest and find support? Go to the festive camp-site relax zone, the staff are obliged to respect the confidentiality of anything you reveal to them.
First-aid stations: one per site (festival-festive campsite-family campsite). If you have any problem whatsoever, speak to one of our volunteers, they will take you to the nearest first-aid station whose teams will be able to help you!
